We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Experience & Fulfilment Coordinator to manage the end-to-end customer journey within our E-commerce operations. The role involves handling customer queries and concerns, coordinating order processing and fulfilment, monitoring deliveries, and managing returns, exchanges, refunds, and post-order support. The candidate will work closely with the warehouse, logistics, and internal E-commerce teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time while maintaining a smooth, responsive, and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, WhatsApp, email, etc.




- Coordinate the complete order fulfilment process from order confirmation to delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track orders, delayed deliveries, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up until closure.
- Maintain order, customer, and complaint records.
- Prepare basic reports on orders, returns, deliveries, and customer issues.
- Identify recurring issues and support improvements in customer experience
