Job Role: Solar Energy Technician

Job Description
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) of solar plants.
- Inspect solar plant equipment and identify potential technical issues.
- Address and resolve bill reading-related issues.
- Provide effective service to ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Assist with online monitoring of solar plants.
- Support customer registration and related service activities.
- Follow company SOPs while conducting Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM).
- Identify and report technical faults or abnormalities during maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned maintenance and service tasks.
- Maintain proper service records and documentation.
- Strictly follow safety procedures and maintain zero safety violations.
