Job description

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of freelancers, including documentation, agreements, HRMS/system setup, and onboarding coordination.
- Manage the complete freelancer lifecycle, including extensions, changes, and exits.
- Act as the HR SPOC for freelancers and handle day-to-day HR queries related to payroll, leave, attendance, timesheets, policies, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve freelancer concerns and ensure smooth HR operations.
- Manage exit and F&F; processes, including clearance, asset recovery, and required documentation.
- Maintain HR records, trackers, and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR processes and provide a positive freelancer experience.

Key Skills: HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, Query Resolution, Stakeholder Management, Communication, Coordination, and MS Excel/HRMS.

Salary will be Max 15k
