Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting sales targets.
- Oversee customer service delivery, resolving issues promptly and providing excellent support to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through cross-selling of retail banking products such as current accounts, saving accounts, fixed deposits (FD), etc.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high levels of security for all transactions.
Job Requirements :
- 6-15 years of experience in retail branch banking or related field.
- Strong knowledge of liability products including current account, saving account, FD, etc.
- Proven track record in managing teams effectively to achieve business objectives.
