Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Build high-performance and reliable backend services following best practices.
- Develop and optimize database solutions using MongoDB.
- Implement caching and high-performance data access using Redis.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on AWS.
- Work with Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) for container orchestration and application deployment.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and support integration with React-based applications.
- Implement secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant cloud-based solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions,



and architectural decisions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Must-Have Skills
- Solid proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI.
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with Redis.
- Good experience with AWS cloud services.
- Practical experience with Amazon EKS / Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with React and frontend-backend integration.
- Understanding of API security, authentication, and performance optimization.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
