Job Title: VMC Operator

Job Summary:
Responsible for operating Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings, dimensions, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate VMC machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Set tools, workpieces, fixtures, and machine offsets.
- Load and unload components correctly.
- Run CNC programs and monitor machining operations.
- Make basic offset corrections when required.
- Check component dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain required quality and production standards.
- Identify machine, tool, and quality issues and report them to the supervisor.




- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic daily maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures and production schedules.

Skills Required:
- VMC machine operating knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming/G-code and M-code.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of cutting tools and tool offsets.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Positive attention to detail and quality awareness.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
