Experience:- 23 years of relevant experience in SEBI-regulated entities, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Asset Management Co.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Law, Management or a related discipline.
- CS / LLB / MBA (Finance), MCom
- Candidate should be willing to obtain additional regulatory certifications as applicable.
Role Summary:- The candidate will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day regulatory and compliance activities relating to the SEBI Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) businesses, including regulatory reporting/monitoring/updates, maintaining compliance checklist, regulatory filings, investor-related compliances, Investor grievance, maintenance of records, Audit and inspection support, Policy preparations and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role will also involve monitoring compliance with applicable SEBI regulations, circulars, master circulars, guidelines and other applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
