Key Responsibilities

Monthly Accounting & Compliance
- Perform end-to-end accounting entries in Tally for:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Bank & cash transactions
- Review and supervise the work of 1–2 junior team members
- Prepare and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns)
- Prepare monthly reconciliation of revenue and input as per BOA v.s GSTR 1 v.s GSTR 3B.
- Coordinate with clients for timely collection of accounting data, invoices, and bank statements
- Assist clients in resolving Tally-related issues or discrepancies such as e way bill, voucher set up ,etc
- Convert bank statements from Excel into Tally for seamless data import

Year-End Finalization
- Assist in finalizing accounts for clients:
- Trial balance review
- Ledger scrutiny
- Preparation of financial statements
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax laws

Income Tax




- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) using Winman software
- Calculate and communicate advance tax liability to clients with supporting workings
- Ensure timely follow-ups for tax-related documentation and declarations

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Prime, MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, bank reconciliations), and Winman Income Tax Software
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of GST, Income Tax, and general accounting principles
- Valuable communication skills for client coordination and team management
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage deadlines efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
