We are currently seeking a Data Engineer Sr. Consultant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (IN-TN), India (IN).
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.
- Perform compensation and data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and data quality issues.
- Create and maintain source-to-target data mappings and transformation requirements.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation across multiple systems and data sources.
- Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate resolution with business and technical teams.
- Develop test scenarios and provide UAT support, including defect tracking and validation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and data teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Solid experience in requirements gathering and data analysis.
- Experience with compensation/incentive data is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience supporting UAT and defect resolution.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
