Onsite – Noida, Sector 65
Shift Timing:
7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST
We are looking for a
US IT Recruiter
with experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.
- Work on
W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time
positions.
- Use job portals such as
LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Requirements:
- Experience in
US IT Recruitment
.
- Valuable understanding of IT technologies and US hiring processes.
- Strong communication and sourcing skills.
- Ability to work from the office during the
7 PM–4 AM shift
.
