Kajkarma Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in email outreach, lead generation, campaign management, and B2B prospecting. Candidates with experience working for IT companies, digital agencies, SaaS businesses, or technology-based services will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
- Generate qualified B2B leads through email outreach
- Build and manage targeted prospect databases
- Create and optimize email sequences
- Monitor campaign performance and improve conversion rates
- Maintain email deliverability and inbox health
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams
- Generate appointments and business opportunities through email campaigns

Requirements
- Proven experience in Email Marketing and Lead Generation
- Experience with cold email outreach and prospecting
- Strong understanding of email deliverability and campaign optimization
- Experience with tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist,



Apollo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Valuable understanding of Digital Marketing, IT Services, SaaS, or Technology Solutions
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience generating leads for IT, Software Development, AI, SaaS, or Digital Marketing services
- Experience working with international clients and markets
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
