Trainee Sales Intern – B2B Business Development

Pioneer E Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Trainee Sales Interns in Delhi.

This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, business development, corporate engagement, lead generation, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in B2B sales and business development activities.
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients.
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential corporates.
- Support client acquisition and onboarding.
- Maintain qualified relationships with corporate clients.
- Assist onboarded clients with long-term engagement and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, HODs and management teams.
- Gather market/client information and support implementation of business initiatives.
- Evaluate performance and work on continuous improvement.

Eligibility
- Qualification: MBA, BBA, B.Com,



M.Com, BCA, MCA or relevant courses.
- Experience: Fresher
- Academic Criteria: Minimum 60% throughout academics
- No active backlogs
- NOC (No Objection Certificate) is mandatory
- Strong communication and professional presentation skills.
- Candidates interested in Sales & Business Development are preferred.

Compensation
- Graduates: ₹10,000/month during 6-month training
- Post Graduates: ₹12,000/month during 6-month training
- Post-training: ₹2.5–5 LPA CTC, performance-based
