About the Role

Media Vantage is looking for an experienced
Executive Assistant to the Founder
who understands the fast-paced entertainment industry and can seamlessly manage the Founder’s day-to-day business priorities. This role requires someone with strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills, along with prior experience in media, entertainment, talent or influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, travel and daily schedule.
- Coordinate with celebrities, influencers, talent agencies, brands and internal teams.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, MOMs and follow up on action items.
- Create, process and maintain client/vendor invoices,



coordinate with the Accounts team, and ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups and documentation.
- Track business expenses, invoices and other financial records related to the Founder’s projects.
- Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operational and strategic tasks.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Founder’s Office skilled.
- Mandatory:
Experience in the entertainment, media, talent management or influencer marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of the entertainment and creator ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
