About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager - Retail & Hospitality who is driven, persistent and passionate about winning new business.
This is a current client acquisition role. You will be responsible for identifying potential brands, reaching decision-makers, creating sales opportunities, pitching Moojic and ultimately closing deals.
This is a full-time work-from-home position.
We are looking for someone who doesn't wait for leads to come in - you create the pipeline yourself.
What You'll Do
- Identify and build a pipeline of potential retail and hospitality brands
- Research companies and identify the right decision-makers
- Make cold calls and generate sales conversations
- Execute targeted email outreach and email marketing campaigns
- Use LinkedIn and other channels to identify and connect with prospects
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings and product presentations
- Meet clients in person whenever required
- Understand customer requirements and position Moojic's solutions effectively
- Prepare proposals and handle commercial negotiations
- Follow up consistently and move prospects through the sales pipeline
- Build relationships with founders, CXOs, marketing heads, retail heads, operations heads and other decision-makers
- Own the complete sales process from prospecting → meeting → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate sales activity records
- Explore new markets, industries and opportunities for Moojic
