Record Reviewer - RCI - HealthCare - 1+ Years - Pan India

We are looking for an RCI-certified Behaviour Analyst / Therapist / Assistant with strong clinical knowledge and hands-on experience in Behavioural Therapy to work as a Record Reviewer. The role involves reviewing clinical records, ensuring documentation quality, analyzing clinical information, and maintaining accuracy, productivity, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing clinical records and documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to defined quality standards.
- Analyzing clinical information, including conditions, clinical presentations, signs and symptoms, investigations, laboratory results, and treatment plans.
- Correlating laboratory findings with clinical features and treatment information to support accurate record review.
- Maintaining reports, documentation,



productivity records, and required stakeholder sign-offs within defined timelines.
- Collaborating with project managers and internal teams while ensuring compliance with company, information security, and regulatory policies.

Requirements
- Possessing 1+ years of relevant professional experience, with 23 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Holding an active Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) certification/license as a Behaviour Analyst, Therapist, or Assistant.
- Demonstrating comprehensive clinical knowledge and strong hands-on experience in Behavioural Therapy.
- Having strong analytical, problem-identification, documentation, and process-analysis skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrating strong skilled ethics, teamwork, stakeholder management, and the ability to consistently meet quality and productivity targets.
