Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B customers and decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, Apollo.io and WhatsApp communication.
- Follow up on marketing-generated and inbound leads.
- Understand prospect requirements, business challenges and project needs.
- Qualify leads based on need, budget, authority, timeline and project scope.
- Conduct initial discovery calls and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
- Prepare and deliver basic product/service introductions and presentations.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing and Technical teams for proposals, demos and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, meetings, opportunities and conversions.
- Research target industries, companies, competitors and potential accounts.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, case studies and other pre-sales materials.




- Meet defined KPIs and monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings and sales opportunities

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and lead-generation processes.
- Ability to conduct skilled discovery calls.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using CRM, MS Office/Google Workspace, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, Email Campaigns and online research tools.
- Ability to understand technology products/services and explain them in simple business terms.
- Self-motivated, organized and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Background
- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, IT
- 25 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, pre-sales, SDR, lead generation, or business development.
