Founder's Team — Revenue & Growth (mini-GM)

We're hiring for an undisclosed private client: a global B2B SaaS company in corporate travel and expense management, Series C, founded 2017, serving 500+ customers across the US and India.

This is not a typical founder's office role
, and the client is emphatic about it. You will not be writing decks for someone else to act on. You operate as a mini-GM: you own a business unit's revenue, its P&L;, and its growth metrics, working directly with the founders.

What you'll own
- Revenue, P&L; and growth metrics for a business unit — as a number you carry, not one you report on
- Building and driving B2B SaaS pipeline, partnerships and deal execution
- Deciding the priorities yourself, then driving them across teams that don't report to you
- Working across sales, product, ops and growth
- High-priority initiatives from 0→1, and from 1→scale

What the client is looking for
- 1–2 years in B2B SaaS sales
— actual selling, not sales strategy




- 5–7 years total
in tech product companies
- Ex-founder, or at least 1–2 years in a founder's office
- Solid analytical mindset, hands-on with AI workflow and automation tools
- Tier 1/2 institution, or elite pedigree in past companies

The combination is the whole point.
Plenty of people have founded something. Plenty have sold B2B SaaS. Very few have done both, and that overlap is what this role is. If you started something and then learned to sell, or sat in a founder's office and carried a number rather than a deck, this is written for you.
