Job Title: Training Lead Drawing Department

Visual Arts Reports To: Subject Head Visual Arts

Location: Central Office / Pan-India

Position Summary ;-

The Training Lead Drawing ensures high-quality implementation of the art curriculum, delivers teacher trainings, monitors classroom outcomes, and supports visibility through events, competitions, and academic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 100% error-free curriculum deliverables (modules, plans, resources) one month prior to release.
- Conduct teacher trainings as per the training calendar; maintain attendance and assessment reports.

• Ensure all teachers score above 60% in assessments and achieve 90% satisfaction in feedback surveys.

• Observe branch classes, review student outcomes, and share progress reports with the Subject Head.

• Provide timely feedback and additional training for teachers needing support; submit monthly comparative reports.




- Encourage student participation in internal/external art competitions and support required coordination

. • Maintain all academic data, trackers, reports, and meeting documentation.
- Respond to teacher queries within 24 hours.

- Solid art/drawing curriculum knowledge
- Effective training and communication skills
- Classroom observation & feedback ability
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Travelling to branched required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts/Visual Arts/Education (preferred)
- Experience in teaching, training, or academic coordination .
