Presales Manager Data & AI

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Presales Manager Data & AI to lead presales engagements, solutioning, and proposal development across Data Engineering, Analytics, BI, AI/ML solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end presales activities from requirement discovery to proposal, solution presentation, and closure.
- Engage with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into Data & AI solutions.
- Develop solution architectures, RFP/RFI responses, proposals, SOWs, effort estimates, and commercials.
- Partner with sales, delivery, and technical teams to create winning solutions.
- Drive POCs, demos, workshops, and client presentations.
- Identify opportunities for AI/ML, GenAI, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and BI transformation.
- Provide inputs on solution feasibility, resource estimation, timelines, risks, and pricing.




- Build reusable presales assets, case studies, solution accelerators, and presentations.
- Support account growth through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT Presales / Solution Consulting, preferably in Data & AI.
- Solid understanding of Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, and Cloud technologies.
- Experience in handling RFPs/RFIs, proposals, estimations, and client negotiations.
- Strong customer-facing, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Sales, Delivery, and Technical teams.
- Strong commercial and business acumen with a solution-oriented mindset.
