Job Description:
- All claims to be notified and registered in system.
- On receipt of the Claim number from Call Centre,



the same shall be communicated to the insured along with the name and contact details of attending surveyor, list of general documents required.
- To inform statutory authorities, wherever applicable.
- To initiate loss minimization measures under consultation with the surveyors.
- To create reserve/default reserve in system at time of registration
- Review to include checking, Surveyor updation, ensuring receiving ILA/Status report, reserve update, recent communication, updation of current status of claim, follow up with all stake holders for pending documents/details, reminder letters to insured/IMD and sales channel for pending details/documents
- For Self-survey cases, proof of documents for basis of reserve to be maintained. (updating reserves in system).
- Documents for each reported claim have to be maintained in a file.
