Job Requirements
- Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with financial institutions or similar industries is preferred.
