Job Summary

The Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) sector is entering an exponential growth phase in India, and at Equentia Energy we are building a platform to develop and deliver utility-scale energy storage infrastructure.

We are looking to bring on board an Sr. Associate/Associate / Sr. Business Analyst to work closely with leadership on strategy, project development, and key business initiatives.

This role is ideal for professionals who want front-row exposure to building a renewable energy platform and enjoy working across strategy, execution, and problem-solving.

What you will work on:

I. Market research and strategic analysis across renewable energy and energy storage markets

II. Supporting project development, bidding, and commercial structuring

III. Preparing investment notes, management presentations, and strategic briefs

IV. Working directly with leadership on new initiatives and growth opportunities

V. Prepare project feasibility studies, and business case evaluations

VI.



Analyze power purchase agreements (PPAs), tariffs, and regulatory filings

VII. Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and performance tracking reports

VIII. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Project, Commercial)

Qualifications:

I. Degree in Business Management, Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Environmental Science

II. Excellent written and verbal English communication skill
