Roles and Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote financial products and services.
- Handle inbound calls from existing clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance, reporting on progress regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales industry.
- Solid communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in making outbound calls, handling objections, and closing deals over the phone.
