- Equipment Operation: Use, clean, and sanitize commercial juicers, blenders, and cutting tools safely.
- Hygiene and Safety: Follow health codes, wear protective gear, and keep counters clean.
- Inventory Control: Restock fruit supplies, track daily stock levels, and report shortages.
