Field Sales Consultant – LMMKey Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals and local market activities.
- Visit and meet potential customers such as fleet owners, transporters, business owners, contractors and individual customers.
- Promote and sell Light Medium Motor (LMM) vehicles as per assigned sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable LMM vehicle models based on application, load capacity and business needs.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance schemes and offers to customers.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and provide proper information about vehicle performance, mileage, payload and applications.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings and retail sales.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO and Delivery teams for smooth completion of the sales process.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate repeat business and referrals.




- Identify new business opportunities and develop the local market and customer network.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers and market activities and provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer visits, follow-ups, bookings and sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit regular sales activity reports.

Required Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
- Preferred Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Automobile / Mechanical / Marketing / Business Administration
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in Automobile Sales / Commercial Vehicle Sales / Field Sales
- Freshers: Diploma / Graduate candidates with valuable communication skills and interest in automobile sales may also apply
- Preferred Industry: Automobile / Commercial Vehicle / LMM Sales / Automobile Dealership / Automotive Sales
