Role Overview

The Account Manager will be the
primary point of contact (POC) for clients
, responsible for understanding hiring requirements, managing client relationships, coordinating with the recruitment team, and driving requirements through successful closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary POC for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand technical hiring requirements and translate them into recruitment strategies.
- Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
from requirement intake to candidate joining.
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure quality and timely candidate submissions.
- Coordinate interviews,



feedback, offers, negotiations, and closures.
- Monitor recruitment pipelines, SLAs, TAT, and delivery performance.
- Conduct regular client and internal pipeline reviews.
- Manage recruitment delivery across multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Identify additional hiring opportunities within existing accounts.
- Work with
GCCs, Direct Clients, System Integrators, and VMS/MSP models
.

Technology Exposure

Experience managing recruitment for roles involving:

Java Full Stack | Python | GenAI | AI/ML | Cloud | Data Engineering | DevOps | Software Engineering

What We’re Looking For
- 10–15 years of experience in
IT recruitment, staffing, account management, or recruitment delivery

India-based IT customers
