Hiring: Senior Associate Pega Developers

We are seeking experienced Pega Developers to join a high-impact career acceleration programme delivered in partnership with a leading global skilled services and consulting firm.

This is a permanent role based in Hyderabad or Bangalore, suited for candidates who enjoy hands-on development and working closely with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Pega applications using platform best practices and low-code capabilities.
- Configure case management, business rules, decisioning, and user interfaces across Pega Customer Service, Sales Automation, or core Workflow Automation modules.
- Build integrations between Pega and enterprise systems using APIs, REST/SOAP, and connectors.
- Collaborate within Agile teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.




- Participate in release management, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.

What We're Looking For
- 6+ years (Senior Associate level) of hands-on Pega development experience.
- Strong understanding of Pega PRPC, Case Management, BPM, rules engines, integrations, and debugging.
- Proven track record delivering within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Pega CSA or CSSA certifications are strongly preferred.
