We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee our pan-India temp staffing operations. The ideal candidate must demonstrate operational efficiency, and comfort with extensive travel to manage regionally distributed teams and ensure smooth field execution.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Temp Staffing Head in managing daily operations across multiple cities and client locations.
2. Coordinate with internal teams, regional leads, and field members to ensure timely deployment and reporting.
3. Maintain manpower trackers, shift schedules, and attendance data accurately.
4. Support recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of temporary staff.
5. Follow up with regional teams for joining confirmations, replacements, and compliance updates.
6. Liaise with client SPOCs for status updates, on-ground changes, and requirement confirmations.
7. Prepare MIS reports, deployment summaries, and daily/weekly status reports as required.
8. Handle basic grievance redress and escalate critical issues to the Temp Staffing Head.
9. Ensure smooth coordination during exams, events, or project-based deployments.
10. Maintain data accuracy, discipline, and confidentiality across all operations.
