Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer (Project Manager level) with a robust background in sports infrastructure projects such as Cricket & Football turf, Badminton, Basketball, Pickleball court, Indoor academies, Turf installations, and allied civil works.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, site coordination, vendor management, and timely delivery of sports facility projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage sports infrastructure projects from planning to handover
2. Execute civil works, including: Earthwork & levelling, Drainage systems, Sub-base preparation, Natural turf & artificial turf base works, Pitch construction, Net structures & indoor facility execution
3. Coordinate with: Architects, Structural consultants, Turf vendors, Contractors & subcontractors.
4. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates & project budgets.
5. Monitor project timelines & ensure on-time completion.
6. Quality control & site supervision.

Client coordination & progress reporting.
8. Ensure safety standards and compliance

Required Skills:
- B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Min 2-3 years of experience in civil project execution
- Prior experience in:
- Sports grounds
- Turf installations
- Stadium/academy projects
- Strong knowledge of:
- Soil compaction
- Drainage systems
- Concrete works
- Site levelling & grading
- Ability to handle multiple vendors
- Good communication & reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD

Preferred:
- Experience in cricket/football academy construction
- Knowledge of sports compliance standards
- Experience in natural turf pitch construction
