Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to develop new business, manage existing customers, generate sales leads, and achieve assigned sales targets through field visits and market development.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, builders, and other potential customers.
- Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Promote and demonstrate company products to customers.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with dealers and customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Identify new markets and potential business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the internal sales, warehouse, and service teams for order execution.




- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular records of customer visits, leads, orders, and follow-ups.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and convincing abilities.
- Good knowledge of local market and customer handling.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Candidate
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in HVAC, electrical equipment, home appliances, or manufacturing.
- Experience in dealer/distributor sales will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a valid two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
