Position: Sales Manager

Experience: 3-7 Years

Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Life Sciences/Biology will be preferred. MBA will be an added advantage.
- Sales experience in the healthcare, medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or genetic testing industry.
- Knowledge of genetics and molecular diagnostics will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Establish partnerships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals and other healthcare professionals to promote genetic testing services.
- Promote the company's diagnostic services through regular field visits and product presentations.
- Identify and generate current business opportunities through networking, referrals,



and market research.
- Conduct promotional and branding activities within the assigned territory.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and business updates.

Skills Required:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Owns a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Stable employment history with consistent performance.
