- 5–8 years of experience in hospital operations, hospital project management, or healthcare facility commissioning/launch.
- Prior experience with a hospital startup, greenfield commissioning, or large-scale operational rollout strongly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills — able to coordinate confidently across clinical staff, contractors, vendors, and hospital leadership.
- Working knowledge of hospital regulatory and statutory requirements (licensing, fire safety, biomedical waste, etc.) preferred.
- Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, General Management or a related field; MHA/MBA preferred.
- Serve as Camomile's onsite lead at the Hospital, driving day-to-day execution of the operational readiness and commissioning plan.
- Coordinate human resources mobilization — track recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding of clinical and non-clinical staff across departments.
- Track medical equipment installation and commissioning against the finalized clinical service matrix; coordinate site readiness (power, medical gases, space) with vendors.




- Drive on-ground rollout and adoption of hospital SOPs, department workflows, and the operational governance model.
- Track statutory and regulatory approvals, and liaise in office with authorities and the appointed liaison agent.
- Coordinate technology vendor onboarding and implementation (HIS/EMR/LIS/RIS-PACS and related systems).
- Support delivery of training programs, mock drills, and organizational readiness activities across clinical, non-clinical, and leadership cohorts.
- Own the Hospital Opening Readiness Checklist and Go-Live Checklist; help drive go/no-go readiness reviews with hospital leadership.
- Provide on-ground commissioning support with rapid-cycle issue resolution through go-live and post-launch stabilization.
- Report regularly to Camomile's senior management and hospital leadership, flagging risks, delays, and blockers early.
