Position: PostgreSQL Database Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PostgreSQL Database Developer with strong expertise in database development, performance optimization, replication, backup and recovery. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance PostgreSQL databases.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop database schemas, tables, views, indexes, functions, procedures, and triggers.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL and PL/pgSQL queries and code.
- Perform query tuning, indexing, partitioning, and database performance optimization.
- Analyze execution plans and resolve database performance bottlenecks.
- Configure and manage PostgreSQL replication and high-availability solutions.
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Monitor database performance, storage, and system health.
- Manage database security, user roles, permissions, and auditing.
- Support data migration and database integration activities.




- Prepare and maintain database documentation.
