Role Description
The Founder Office Associate will work closely with the founding team to support strategic initiatives, day-to-day operations, and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, managing calendars and meetings, tracking key projects and deadlines, and assisting with data analysis and decision-making. The role also involves liaising with internal teams (design, marketing, operations,



customer support) to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of initiatives. The Associate may support market research, vendor coordination, and process documentation to improve efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external coordination.
- Analytical skills, including comfort with spreadsheets, basic data analysis, and report creation.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and document/presentation preparation.
