Role Overview

This role is responsible for end-to-end financial reporting under Ind AS, including standalone and consolidated financial statements, revenue recognition (Ind AS 115), financial instruments accounting (Ind AS 109), segment reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and investment valuation. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, auditors, and group entities to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.

Key Responsibilities (Brief)
- Preparation of Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) as per Ind AS.
- Revenue Recognition workings as per Ind AS 115.
- Expense Provisioning and preparation of accrual working papers.
- Discounting & Accounting of Borrowings as per Ind AS 109.
- Intercompany Reconciliation and resolution of mismatches.
- Segment Reporting as per Ind AS requirements.
- Fair Valuation of Investments under Ind AS 109.
- Ledger Scrutiny and review of key balance sheet accounts.
- Coordination with auditors and ensuring timely close of audit queries.
- Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting
