Position: Customer Service Associate, International Voice Process

Handle customer interactions with a polite, qualified, and positive approach
Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions
Resolve queries while ensuring an excellent customer experience
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
Maintain accurate customer interaction records using Amazon tools
