Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect - Customer Care & Billing (CCS) to provide strategic and technical leadership for our Customer Care and Billing platform. The incumbent will be responsible for defining solution architecture, driving digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems, and delivering scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions aligned with business objectives.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and delivery partners to establish architectural standards, manage technology risks, and support the CCS technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the end-to-end architecture for Customer Care and Billing (CCS) platforms.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions.
- Lead architecture design reviews and provide technical governance across CCS initiatives.




- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business strategies and transformation objectives.
- Ensure seamless integration between CCS and enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, Digital Channels, Middleware, Payment Systems, Data Platforms, and Analytics solutions.
- Identify and mitigate technology risks, architectural gaps, and technical debt.
- Drive modernization, performance optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish architecture standards, frameworks, best practices, and governance processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver optimal outcomes.
- Support solution evaluation, vendor selection, and technology decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project and engineering teams.
