Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in day-to-day bookkeeping using Tally, strong computer skills (especially in Microsoft Excel), and a minimum of 1–5 years of core accounting experience. You will be responsible for ensuring high accuracy in financial data entry, processing invoices, and assisting with bank reconciliations.

Core Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Tally Management: Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally (ERP 9 or TallyPrime) including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Invoice Processing: Prepare, verify, and process purchase/sales invoices and delivery challans.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliation statements (BRS) to match ledger accounts against bank sheets.
- Ledger Maintenance: Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) ledgers.
- Payment Follow-ups: Track payment dues and coordinate with clients via email and phone calls for timely collections.
- Taxation Support:



Assist senior accountants in gathering data for monthly GST filings and TDS deductions.
- Computerized Reporting: Use MS Excel to create financial sheets, track petty cash, and format internal summaries.
- Documentation & Filing: Maintain physical and digital repositories for all financial vouchers, receipts, and bills.

Required Technical Skills
- Accounting Software: Mastery of Tally ERP 9 and TallyPrime (vouchering, inventory, short-keys, and report generation).
- Computer Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, basic formulas) and MS Word.
- Typing & Data Entry: High speed and extreme accuracy in numerical data entry.
- Internet Banking: Familiarity with online banking portals, corporate fund transfers, and NEFT/RTGS generation.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or a related business field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
