Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business using Canva/Adobe tools
- Draft engaging captions and posts aligned with company brand voice
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Plan and manage a content calendar for regular posting
- Track post performance and engagement metrics
- Support job posting content and recruitment-themed creatives
- Assist in basic video editing/reels for social media
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Canva (Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus)
- Solid written English and content writing skills
- Understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Basic knowledge of branding/visual identity concepts
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
