About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Junior Project Coordinator from an Engineering/ Architectural background to drive end-to-end coordination of large-scale real estate projects PAN India.. This is a strategic role requiring robust leadership, cross-functional coordination, and execution excellence across design, planning, contracts, operations, and regulatory approvals.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project coordination (design, planning, execution)
- Drive design coordination with architects, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate contract-related activities including vendor alignment and compliance




- Ensure smooth project operations through effective cross-functional coordination
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
- Manage and track statutory approvals and liaise with regulatory authorities
- Identify risks and ensure proactive resolution across project stages
- Present periodic updates and reports to senior management
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, site teams, and leadership

Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination within real estate / construction
- Background in Civil Engineering
