Primary Responsibilities
- Lead by example through active participation in software design, coding, code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and implementation of complex features, ensuring engineering excellence and delivery quality across teams
- Lead and manage one or more agile engineering teams responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of business-critical applications
- Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, including AI/ML, digital modernization,



client implementations, regulatory, compliance, and operational excellence programs
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Partners, Architects, Operations, and Client Teams to define roadmaps, prioritize work, and ensure successful execution of commitments
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for cloud-native, microservices-based applications while actively contributing to solution design, technical problem resolution, and critical engineering decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, quality gates, operational readiness processes, and software development governance across teams
- Manage application lifecycle activities including solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, performance optimization, and continuous improvement
