? Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Business Development Manager (BDM)
with
2.5–5.5 years of experience
to lead and manage our
Business Development / Sales team
in the IT industry.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in an
IT organization
, with robust knowledge of
IT sales, lead conversion, client management, sales platforms, team handling, and target achievement
.

The BDM will be responsible for managing the sales team, driving new business opportunities, converting leads into clients, maintaining client relationships, and achieving
individual as well as team sales targets
.

This is a




target-based leadership role
, and achieving assigned sales targets is compulsory.

? Key Responsibilities? Sales Team Management
- Lead, manage, and motivate the Business Development / Sales team.
- Guide BDEs in lead generation, prospecting, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
- Assign and monitor individual and team sales targets.
- Track daily sales activities and pipeline progress.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to team members.
- Support team members in handling challenging prospects and closing opportunities.
- Ensure the team maintains consistent business development activity.

? Business Development & Sales
- Develop strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through multiple sales channels.
- Manage the complete business development and sales cycle.
- Drive lead conversion and client acquisition.
