Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a proven background in real estate marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online lead generation, increasing brand visibility, and supporting sales through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate quality real estate leads.

· Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn campaigns.

· Monitor campaign performance and improve lead quality while maintaining target CPL.

· Work closely with the sales team to track lead conversions and campaign effectiveness.

· Manage SEO activities, website performance, and landing page optimization.

· Oversee social media marketing, content planning, and brand promotion.

· Execute email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and remarketing campaigns.

· Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies for marketing initiatives.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.





· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required Skills

· Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing within the Real Estate industry.

· Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO.

· Expertise in lead generation and performance marketing.

· Experience marketing residential projects, villas, apartments, or luxury properties.

· Solid analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

· Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

· Real estate industry experience is mandatory.

· Knowledge of the Goa real estate market will be preferred.

· Ability to independently manage marketing budgets and lead generation targets.
