Senior Data Analyst Diamond & Jewelry Manufacturing

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and business analytics to support data-driven decision-making across diamond and jewelry manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze production, inventory, sales, purchase, costing, and financial data.
- Develop Power BI dashboards, MIS reports, KPIs, and management reports.
- Track WIP, productivity, wastage, rejection, rework, and production efficiency.
- Analyze diamond, jewelry, gemstone, and metal inventory, aging, movement, and valuation.
- Analyze sales, margins, profitability, customer, and product performance.
- Develop complex SQL queries, reports, and data solutions.
- Automate regular reports and improve reporting efficiency.
- Integrate data from ERP, SQL databases, Excel, APIs, and other systems.




- Ensure data accuracy and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Work closely with Production, Inventory, Sales, Finance, Purchase, IT, and Management.

Required Skills
- 510+ years in Data Analytics / BI / MIS.
- Strong SQL Server / T-SQL, Power BI, and Advanced Excel skills.
- Positive understanding of data modeling and large databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to convert data into clear business insights and recommendations.

Preferred

Experience in diamond/jewelry manufacturing, precious metals, gemstones, manufacturing ERP, inventory, costing, or WIP management will be preferred.

Knowledge of Python, SSRS, Crystal Reports, APIs, or Data Warehousing is an added advantage.
