Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can manage and scale digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of paid marketing, lead generation, conversion optimization, and campaign analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads from campaign setup to scaling.
- Plan and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
- Build and optimize landing pages for lead generation and sales.
- Set up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Manage campaign budgets and identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns.
- Research target audiences, competitors, and market trends to improve campaign strategies.
- Work with designers, video editors, and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Use AI tools for campaign planning, ad copy,



audience research, and performance optimization.
- Manage multiple campaigns/accounts while ensuring performance targets are achieved.

Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience with landing page creation and optimization using WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, Webflow, or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
- Strong understanding of CRO, lead generation, and marketing funnels.
- Experience in analyzing campaign data and making performance-based decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns/accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience using AI tools for marketing and campaign optimization is preferred.
