Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Network Security & Cyber Security Fresher to join our IT team. The candidate will assist in monitoring and maintaining the security of the organization's network, systems, devices, applications, and data.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network, IT systems, security alerts, logs, and network activities.
- Assist in identifying and reporting suspicious or unauthorized activities.
- Support basic configuration and monitoring of firewalls, VPNs, routers, and switches.
- Assist with user access management, password policies, and MFA/2FA.
- Support antivirus/endpoint security monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
- Assist with vulnerability identification, security updates, and patches.
- Support basic security audits, IT security checks, and documentation.
- Maintain records of security incidents and corrective actions.
- Escalate security incidents or technical issues to senior team members.
- Follow IT security policies and stay updated with cybersecurity threats and practices.

- Computer Networking, TCP/IP, OSI Model
- DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VLAN
- Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and VPN
- Windows and Linux fundamentals
- Basic Cyber Security concepts
- Authentication, Authorization, MFA/2FA
- Malware, Phishing, and Social Engineering
- Basic Vulnerability Management and Incident Response
- Network Security fundamentals

Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, Information Security, Networking, or a related field.

Candidate Profile

Freshers with positive networking and cybersecurity fundamentals and a genuine interest in IT Security are encouraged to apply. Candidates with academic projects, internships, practical labs, or hands-on exposure are preferred.

Reporting To: IT Security Manager / IT Head

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
