We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our Tiruppur team. The candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and will handle enquiries for Domestic & International Tour Packages.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls to customers regarding tour enquiries.

Explain tour packages, itineraries, offers, and pricing details clearly.

Follow up with potential leads generated from Social Media, Website, and Referrals.

Convert enquiries into bookings and coordinate with Sales team.

Maintain customer data & follow-up status in Excel / CRM.

Achieve daily / monthly calling and conversion targets.

Build and maintain good relationship with customers.

Skills Required:





Good communication skills in Tamil & English

Convincing power and pleasant talking manner

Basic knowledge of Computer & WhatsApp / Email handling

Interest in Travel & Tourism industry

Must be target-oriented
