Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record sales, purchase, expense, and bank transactions.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and financial documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Support GST and TDS-related documentation and compliance work.
- Assist the finance team during audits and month-end closing.
- Follow up on pending invoices and payment-related information.
- Perform other finance and accounting tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance) or a related course.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.




- Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
