Experience Required: 3-5 years as an EA, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting founders/senior leadership, ideally in a startup or agency environment CTC Band (monthly): Rs 50,000 (band: Rs 40,000 - 65,000 depending on experience) Target Hiring Window: Week 2-3 — 1 opening Key Responsibilities  Manage Founder's calendar, priorities, and meeting preparation  Track action items from leadership and client meetings; follow up across departments until closed  Prepare briefing notes, decks, and summaries for Founder-level reviews and external meetings  Triage what genuinely needs Founder attention vs. what can be routed to the right department head  Coordinate travel, logistics,



and external stakeholder scheduling Must-Have Skills / Screening Criteria  Excellent written and verbal communication  High discretion — will regularly handle confidential client and business information  Strong command of MS Office / Google Workspace; comfortable building a clean deck under time pressure  Able to synthesise a meeting into clear action items without hand-holding Positive to Have  Prior exposure to a marketing/creative agency environment  Experience supporting a founder through a scaling phase

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
