- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth material flow.
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, transfers, and stock levels.
- Monitor inventory and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Supervise store staff and ensure proper task allocation and discipline.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Operations, and vendors for material requirements.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, labeling, and issuance of materials.
- Maintain GRNs, stock registers, invoices, and other required documentation.
- Identify and report shortages, damages, excess, and obsolete stock.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and security of the store.
- Prepare regular stock and store reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

3–5 years of relevant experience in store/warehouse/inventory management.
